2008-09 Junior & Senior High District Honor Choir Student Form
Mandatory Rehearsal/Performance Dates: By submitting this form, a student agrees to be present and on time for ALL events.
Fees: The participation fee is $25.00 per student. Check with your director for his/her deadline. This includes the cost of music, learning CD, and patch. It also helps cover the cost of the clinician, the accompanist, and other related expenses. T-shirts, the concert CD, and a group picture are optional. Any or all of these items can be purchased before and after the concert. It is a student's responsibility to check with their director for the school due date.
Tardies: If a student is late once, they will be warned. If that person is late a second time, they will be sent home. If any student is more than 15 minutes, their circumstances will be reviewed and they are subject to immediate dismissal. Dress Code: Students not complying with the dress code are subject to immediate dismissal. Students missing a rehearsal due to dress code violations will not be allowed to perform. Rehearsals: All students should dress as they would on a normal school day. Because you are representing your school, all school dress codes apply.
